Terms & Conditions

Updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from ZORVYNT at zorvynt.com. They do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or change the terms of orders already placed.

Contact and store information

ZORVYNT is the store you purchase from. Contact support@zorvynt.com or write to Sorompó utca 1, Budapest, 1033, Hungary. Our store uses Shopify for ecommerce and CJdropshipping for order fulfilment.

Products and choosing options

Review the product description, included items, selected colour, size and quantity before ordering. Photos may show several variants or accessories; your selection and the stated package contents determine what is supplied. Use the product-specific size chart for clothing. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but goods must still match their description and applicable conformity requirements.

Prices and payment

The store’s base currency is EUR. The currency and amount displayed at checkout are the amount you authorise us to collect. Standard shipping is included for supported destinations. Applicable taxes and any other charges collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank may impose its own currency-conversion or payment charges. Available payment methods appear at checkout; we do not promise a payment provider that is not offered there.

Placing and changing orders

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. We send order information to the email address supplied. We will contact you if stock, payment or another issue prevents fulfilment and refund payments where required if an order cannot be supplied. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once fulfilment starts. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

EU and international delivery

We accept orders only for destinations enabled at checkout. This includes selected EU countries and selected countries outside the EU, rather than every country worldwide. Goods may dispatch from overseas, including China. Delivery estimates depend on product and destination. See our Shipping Policy for current coverage, free standard delivery, customs information and support for delayed or missing parcels. We remain responsible for our seller obligations when a supplier or carrier fulfils the order.

Returns, faults and consumer rights

Our Refunds & Returns page explains EU withdrawal, return postage, refunds and faulty goods. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible online purchases and a legal conformity guarantee of at least two years. Applicable exceptions, longer national protections and other mandatory rights remain in force. Customers elsewhere retain mandatory rights applicable to their purchase. We do not offer an additional 30-day use-and-return trial or an extended commercial warranty unless expressly stated for a product.

Using the website and products

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s account or submit fraudulent orders. Follow product instructions and select exercises appropriate to your ability. Fitness products are not advertised as medical treatment. Website content and images may belong to us, suppliers or other rights holders; their rights remain protected.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data use, Shopify hosting, fulfilment, service providers and privacy rights. Do not send payment-card details or passwords by email.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections for unsafe, faulty or misdescribed goods. Hungarian law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not require consumers to give up a court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Questions and complaints

Contact us first with your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate. This does not restrict access to competent consumer authorities, dispute-resolution bodies or courts. Future updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
